I tend to set many goals for myself. Goals are powerful because they help you focus attention on the specific thing you want to accomplish, and that focus helps drive you to achieve desirable outcomes. This year as I sat down to write out my goals, I tried to make sure the goals set were specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely. Using the SMART acronym is a great way to help clarify your ideas and focus your time and efforts on the goal at hand. Without further ado, here are my 2019 goals...
SuAnne Hoffman's New Year's Resolution 2019:
◊ Increase client appreciate events to connect with clients
◊ Sell 10% more homes in 2019
◊ Create a better selling experience
◊ Learn French (I am repeating French 101) super excited
◊ Lose 2% in body fat
◊ Create a family events calendar to connect with extended family on a deeper level
I hope to accomplish as many (if not all) of these goals this upcoming year. The great thing about writing down goals is coming back to re-visit them at the end of the year. I can't wait to see and evaluate my success.
