The Podcast Craze

Podcasts have grown in popularity the last few years. Podcasting, first known as 'audioblogging', has its roots dating back to the 1980s. With the arrival of broadband internet and portable digital audio playback devices such as the iPod, podcasting began to catch hold in late 2004. By 2016 podcasts had become so mainstream that instead of asking 'do you listen to podcasts?' Most people just assume that you do. 

 If you are new to the podcast world, here is a roundup of some podcasts worth listening to:

1. BiggerPockets Podcast: The BiggerPockets Podcast boasts it's the No. 1 rated real estate podcast on iTunes. Hosts Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner deliver interviews and tips each week for listeners who want to grow their real estate business.
